He replaced part he said was defective, frig only stayed cold for about 24 hours. I called him on Sunday about problem, said he would be out on Monday.. He removed panel from roof of frig, could not see exactly he was doing but said it was fixed, and that it would take 3/4 hours for frig to get to operating temp. After 4 hours the temp never changed in frig. I texted him about this and to quote him, "I have many other jobs at the moment I can't keep going back to your house" and asked if I wanted refund, I said yes I wanted $200.00 cash, he said ok to check my mailbox later this evening. I just checked he only refunded me $150.00 saying the $50.00 difference was for the part, why should I pay for a defective part?

Dishwasher repair. Start date 11/18/24. Jose said, I can fix it for $200.00. I agreed. I gave a check for $200.00. He said, the dishwasher will leak and I need a plumber. He then agreed to fix the leak but had to return as he did not have the part. The check was cashed on 11/18/24. He came back Thurs 11/21/24. He said it was fixed. I ran the dishwasher on sat 11/23/24 and the electrical outlet above the dishwasher shut off the dishwasher. I called him the same day and he agreed to come Mon at 12pm. He did not show and I texted him and he said, I don’t work just for you and can’t come every time you call. I requested my money back and am only willing to pay for The house call of $55.00 because I can’t use the dishwasher. He refused to refund me.

The repairman diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part, and came back once he received the part. He got the dishwasher running. (And, unfortunately, thinking that he had finished the job, I gave him a good review on the Angi website.) However, the first time I ran the dishwasher (normal wash, heated dry off), the dishwasher would not shut off, even though it seemingly had finished the cycle. (The blue light indicating that the dishwasher was finished did not come on, even after I canceled the cycle.) The next time I ran the dishwasher (again, normal wash, heated dry off), I kept watch on how long the dishwasher was running. It was still on 2.5 hours after starting the cycle. (I again canceled the cycle, but the blue indicator light did no light up.) I tried phoning the repairman and left messages. Finally, I messaged him through the Angi website, and he replied that he had completely repaired the dishwasher. He also said he was out of state and could not get back to me until November 8. This past Thursday (November 7), I ran the dishwasher through a different cycle: 1 hour wash. The dishwasher completed the 1 hour wash, with the blue indicator light coming on to signal the end of the cycle. On November 8, I messaged the repairman through Angi and asked when he could come out to finish repairing the dishwasher. He messaged me back saying he would be out on Saturday (November 9) at 9 AM. He did not show up as promised. I called and left a message and sent a message through the Angi website. He has not responded.

Jose brought me peace of mind by ensuring that my oven is running properly. He offered maintenance advice and gave me a general overview of how the oven works. I will certainly call him again next time, I have a concern.

Very well! José, the technician who also owns the company could not have been more pleasant and accommodating, from my initial request to the completion of the repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained why it probably happened and provided an estimate and scheduled the repair for the next day. The next day, he texted me to ask if he could arrive a little early which I agreed to. He worked efficiently...he completed the repair in a little under an hour...and cleaned everything to the way he found it. The cost was lower than I expected. Overall a very, very good experience.

Jose was efficient in diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator and fixing it with the new parts. He was here within 2 hours of finding him on Angi. He was friendly and courteous in our home. His work was very reasonably priced. Recommended for appliance repair.

Jose lived up to his business his name he was very quick with his service and was able to get my fridge working same day! He was also the first to call me when I put inquiry in online. Great pricing and quick service. I woke up this morning and is working just fine. Thank you, Jose. I will note that my appointment was at 10 AM and he came at nine stating he was early. Coming an hour early is a little too early on shorter notice, but I will not knock any stars off because he did a great job and got it done quickly. I would definitely use his services again.
