"A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. We would highly recommend anyone needing brick or masonry work to use Michener Chimney and Masonry. Thank you Jim for doing such an amazing job and keeping our renovation project on-time and with your quality craftsmanship!"

After reaching out to FL after a terrible grass install as indicated above, the owner Jim reached back to me the next day and said he'd have their project manager stop by to have a look. Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way.
