"This company was awesome to work with. All of the guys doing the work were super polite and respectful. All easy going and willing to help however they could. I had some tile replaced in my basement in front of my fireplace and it came out looking amazing. They also did some demo to remove old paneling and put up new plasterboard and did a texture plaster job on the walls. It came out looking absolutely incredible! Also as part of the project I needed to have low dust and not a lot of mess since I have some pets and a young child. They accommodated in spades and did a really good job. 10 of 10 will hire again."

The modular home has many more benefits including up to a 50% reduction in heating & cooling costs plus installed on a full basement foundation. Conversely, a mobile/trailer home is built to a much less stringent building code and set on blocks. While 'mobile' homes may be built for less than $100,000, the homes built to the universal building code, both site built and modular, start at $300,000 excluding the lot. Those seeking to build the traditional home styles should qualify for financing to cover those costs.
