"He has a real attention to detail, he got out blood stains from some old foot problems, he cleaned the bedroom carpet like it has never been cleaned before and even pointed out an area that was high use. And every piece of furniture he moved to do the job he put a piece of plastic under each foot so that there would be no leakage from the wood reacting to the carpet being wet.
