There service plans are not cheap and although you can find cheaper prices with other HVAC service companies, I feel you get what you pay for. My service technician, Jake, was very professional, courteous, on-time and thorough. With my service plan, they will come out on a weekend, if necessary to fix a problem."

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

We do mold inspection, testing, and remediation work. We utilize the best technology available today, such as Structural Pasteurization, the technique of bringing the structures core temperature up to kill the desired biological. Structural pasteurization eliminates mold behind walls and in ceilings without the expense of removal and replacement, save thousands of dollars and eliminate the hassle of rebuilding! Kills dust mites, bedbugs, and some bacteria and viruses. Additional address - 1376 Rte 9-G, Hyde Park, NY 12538.
"Mold remediation was OK, but -- their guarantee using "Calbrite" is misleading. It only applies if humidity levels are kept below 60% humidity, which is the minimum humidity level for mold to grow. Their installation of a whole house dehumifier as a complete disaster. I'm left with an $1800 dehumidifier that doesnt work. It leaks water on the floor. They also installed blowin-in insulation, which resulted in areas of the attic which are now unusable. I was not informed that ceiling fixtures needed to be isolated from the insulation, and that cat-walks needed to be installed to have access to areas of the attic that needed maintenance, such as a/c system, etc. I do not recommend Expediant."

"Stay away! Do not hire this company!! Fraudulent charges. Lies. Manipulators. Everything was covered by insurance but they are sending me bills for an additional $$$$ and claiming it’s computer error they can’t fix. So called project manager never came out to check on workers. Flooring salesman came out while workers there but he never went in to check on their work. He stayed outside and chatted then left. Painters painted the powder room that was not supposed to be painted and now there is yellow oily substance running down the wall from the paint they used. Worst experience ever."
