"All aspects of our dealings with Guida Door & Window Co. were excellent from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Brett was well informed, courteous and professional. He even called us on a Saturday to address a pre-production issue. He was upfront with explaining both the products and the cost and Guida delivered our doors weeks ahead of schedule. The doors we ordered were a custom size and they easily worked out solutions to the issues around that. Even better, Ezra, our installer was top-notch. He handled a tough, long job by himself. He told us that he was passionate about making sure the doors were "plumb and level" and operated smoothly. He delivered. He was funny and easy to talk to and invited questions. Lastly, our dealing with the office personnel were excellent also. Calls were answered immediately or returned promptly and they were well informed. We are sure that if any problem arises with our doors that Guida will stand behind their products and workman ship. We like having the option of a 0% for 18 months pay-off, which makes it easy to budget the price. We plan to use Guida next year to replace more doors for us.show more

"The roof was installed 7 years ago by another roofing company. The roof was leaking for a while due to failure by that company to install proper aluminum shielding around two plumbing vent stacks going through the roof. The leak was not discovered until paint bubbled in the bathroom ceiling. Mark Fisher roofing responded quickly and did a excellent repair installing industrial grade shielding around the pipes and replacing damaged tiles.show more

"The company came out two years ago after I had a leak in my roof coming from a cracked sealed chimney. They offered me a reasonable price and did the repairs plus added a white coating on my entire roof. They came on time and did the work. No issues. However, two years almost exactly there was a leak again in the same place. I contacted them for repairs (straight repairs, not complaining about their work) but was told no one could come out for months, and asked about a warranty on the repairs. No warranty, but was told they'd fix issues for up to a year. Well, I have extensive black mold growing in my ceiling from the leak, so obviously the leak didn't just start. The company stopped answering my calls. Furthermore, upon three other roofers inspections and video proof, the white coating put on is already worn down (you can see obvious black spots on from the actual roof and clearly not even work) and was not originally placed correctly. My dealing with them when the work originally done in 2018 was great, however the ENTIRE job needs to be redone two years later and the customer service in dealing with them now has been terrible regardless of the issues with the actual roof.
