"Steve did a nice job but took about twice as long as I might have expected the job to take. I had a piece of Wayfair cubicle furniture to assemble and 4 pictures to hang and it to 4.25 hours to complete. Steve was polite and professional."

"Fantastic. Jonathan knows what he’s doing, very precise with measurements, and has a wide range of abilities. So friendly and personable. He helped transform our new build house into a finished home. He is able to install many things, curtain rods, ceiling shower rods, heavy mirrors, heavy art work, and now is tackling adding wire rack shelves in our closets. Next up some Ikea cabinets in our laundry, and painting our garage. His prices are up front and very reasonable. He is licensed and insured. We feel he is quite a gem to have found! Would not hesitate to hire him again and again. He is very positive, eager to work and does excellent work."

"Colton made me the most beautiful 4 raised garden beds. They were made out of cedar and aluminum siding. They were sturdy, functional as well as beautiful in my garden. He took so much pride in his work, was reliable and did exactly what I had asked for. I would not hesitate for one minute to recommend him to any of my friends."

"Hired them for spring clean up, mulch and to mow for the season on a Friday. They came Monday did a great job! Lawn looks great! Highly recommend."

"EVR was sub contracted to replace all the windows in our home as well as convert an exterior single door to a sliding glass door. From start to finish this team exceeded our expectations. They were professional, respectful and skilled tradesmen! This team took great care to make sure we were satisfied with the final outcome. We highly recommend EVR!"

"

I am an architectural designer working for several builders.

I was contacted by a client  who was about ready to settle on a new house.

He wanted a particular color and style of an E.P. Henry product. The builder did not want to do custom work.

I designed the patio and sent it to Lee Dickerson. He emailed it to his mason who had a price in a few days.

The client was called with the price and the next day he called to give the "go ahead".

It took about 2 weeks for the material to arrive. When it did the mason did the work in one day. All stone

was installed, cleaned up and lawn reseeded.

The client was well satisfied.

I have done several jobs with Lee including a master bedroom & bath over a garage, several decks, a finished

basement and several whole house remodels.

He does exceptional work at good prices and does it quickly. I have been involved in countless projects and found

that regardless how good the work was if it took too long it soured the experience.

Lee gets exceptional reviews because he is organized and keeps the job moving.

"Dan and his son are an absolute dream come true and no one in our family will ever hire somebody else. Are basement was completely unfinished, and in fact had a lot of our junk all over, and Dan was able to listen carefully to our ideas and thoughtfully make recommendations as to what would work best. The end result is honestly so much better than we ever imagined. Our kids now spend a lot of time in the basement playing games and making memories. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Dan, and in fact we miss seeing him like we did during the project! After finishing our basement, all of our friends asked who was able to do such a good job, and subsequently we've referred Dan and his son to our in-laws and also our good friends for major projects. Look no further, this is the team you are trying to find!"

"The project went great. We were renovating a multi unit building, it was our first big project and we didn’t have all the answers to the various issues that arose. Cozy Home were flexible and adaptive to our needs. They are capable on all levels and knew how to guide the project forward even though we weren’t there on the ground. High quality painting, tile work, cabinetry, they could do it all. They are friendly and trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a project done."
