"Joe is one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable men I have ever met. I have been in the real estate business for over 31 years, during that time a lot of roofing problems arose. I didn't have a permanent roofer because I couldn't trust the companies to do good work. This is the second time I have used Primo Roofing, and both times I had a ponding problem (water on my roof would not drain off). Joe repaired my roof in both situations and the problem no longer exists. I now have a permanent roofer."
