Best patio pros near Brackney, PA

"I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace the shrubs so I asked Joe for suggestions. He suggested Blue Stone instead of concrete (my suggestion). Now I have a beautiful Blue Stone patio. He also covered my porch with trex. It is great! I intend to hire him for any other project I need done."

"SLD arrived promptly following the snow storm for proper removal and ice control. Job was done during and after the last snow flake. SLD even visited our site prior to any snow to map out the area for any concerns and where to pile the snow, also marking out Hazards. Very professional team and well prepared."

"They were fast, showed up when they were supposed to, completed it on time at the price they quoted me for, and very pleasant to work with. I didn't get a lot of quotes but I thought it was a fair deal and they were good!"

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"Mr. Joe Cerra provided clear explanations of what our project options were and several creative suggestions. When the plan was agreed on he worked diligently to complete the work in a timely fashion in spite of inclement winter weather. Outstanding craftsmanship, Joe's repair left our chimney better than it was when originally built! On time & on budget! Great job!"
