Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. "We hired Groundworks (formerly Baker?s Waterproofing) for a $20,000 basement waterproofing project that was promised to be fast, dust-free, and high-quality. Instead, our home was left coated in concrete dust, parts of the job were rushed, and unsafe wiring still powers our sump pump. Promised electrician service has yet to happen. Three months later, the $10,000 filtration system is still unusable. This project has cost us significant time, caused stress for our family, and left us with ongoing safety concerns. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Although one middle manager tried to help and arranged partial repairs, upper management ignored most issues. Three months later, the air filtration system remains unusable, electrical hazards persist, and no restitution has been made. What an exhausting mistake at a deeply personal cost. "
