"A lot of electrical work was performed which required furniture to be moved and returned in place. We were kept well informed of issues and time frames. We are pleased with the work quality and work ethics. Also they wore masks whenever we were in the house. We were able to stay away so they do perform the needed work. "The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."

I am very happy with the work that was done! Chris was very professional and maintained great communication each step of the way. I was given options to pick from during the estimate process, which I greatly appreciated. And then when I wasnâ t available to be there when they finished, he texted me photos so I could see the final product. The attention to detail was fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned up each day. When they installed the drywall, they also made sure to position the outlets in much better spots (from right at floor level to ~1 foot above the floor). The room looks a million times better! "Kevin was on time. He started to prepare my ceiling for repair plastering. Beside the crack I also had water stains & my swirls were gone! He covered my hanging lamp & put plastic & tape to protect the walls and surrounding area. When completed, my ceiling looked beautiful. You would never guess I had any problems in that area. He even swirled that area so it would blend in with the rest of my ceiling. Iâ m very satisfied with the results. When done, he vacuumed & wiped my floor on his hands & knees & cleaned everything up!
