"Excellent experience from sales to installation. Robert was personable and thorough and was able to accommodate our need for quick installation. The team that installed the flooring were professional and worked hard. They encountered unexpected problems, but got them resolved right away. Part of the floor had to be sanded to eliminate uneven spots and they quickly got it done. They pointed out a floor-installed elec. outlet that had been covered by carpet and advised how to make it safe, even bringing in their own electrical guy to rewire it. Even though they were not installing carpet, they brought in someone who worked with carpeting to deal with a peripheral carpet issue.
