"Ben and his guys were absolutely amazing. I chose Ben over two other bids not only because he was the cheapest, but because he was so nice and down to earth, so knowledgable, and also because i could tell that he was an honest and decent person not trying to upsell me or trick me into overpaying. I hired him to fix a botched shower remodel which not only had to be completely redone, but also had to be remedied, as the last guy left me with a bad plumbing issue and also never finished the job, rendering it unusable and leaving me no choice but to take the Air BnB unit off the market for the entire month prior. Ben and his four guys swooped in a few days later and ripped out and redid the shower surround very beautifully, and then proceeded to diagnose/repair/install/remedy every single problem I had had in all three of my units, which was a LOT, as I was unable to find a handyman or contractor who would even show up, let alone send over a quote. They did so many things, including replacing 3 sinks, and a stove and hauling them away, installing - range hood, installing carpet transition strips, repairing an awning, repairing water damaged baseboards, painting, mirror removal (it was GLUED on), installation of two other mirrors, and repairing the ceiling that was falling down due to a major leak, which was a difficult drywall job where it was located. They even discovered and fixed the leak on my roof which I had already hired someone to fix. I really can’t say enough good things about Ben and his guys, and already schedule him for three more upcoming jobs, including a deck restoration, and creating an enclosed cat house with separate storage space and pantry under my stairs, repairing missing siding and some other odds and ends over the next three months. From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. Then when they brought the gorgeous cabinets we chose, they were meticulous in their installation and gracious as I watched the whole process from my spot on the stairs.
