"The purchase process was excellent. We were shown the chemical issues with the existing water and a demo of the change using the new system. All was explained along the way and all questions answered. The installation was completed on the day scheduled and all install, function, and maintenance parameters were explained. Great follow-up. Now that the system has been working for several weeks, we have confirmed the benefits of that softened water in bathing, laundry, and dishes as well as having great tasting purified water."

"Rob Quigley was awesome. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have had a better person to install my water heater. To HL Bowman—you better hang on to this guy! He’s an asset to your company."

"The person was professional. He tested the water and noticed that the water tank was going on to often and recommended that I do nothing right now until I have the well and tank check first. He thought that that could have an affect on the water treatment. When the problem is fixed then we will keep an eye on the quality of the water."

"they were very good and knew how to correct the problem., fast service.very reliable"

"As a homeowner I'm always very skeptical when dealing with contractors. Not so, with Central PA Soft Water. This is a family owned and run business and the team is very professional from the appointment setup, contacting you the day before your appointment to confirm, to contacting you the day of the appointment letting you know when they will arrive. Matt showed up on-time and did a great job of assessing my current outdated system that I came to find out was not installed properly. He did a thorough job of running a whole series of tests on my well water and advised that my water was hard. I decided upon his recommendation to install a softener. I also decided to install a new sediment filter, and pre-sediment spindown, as well as a carbon filter. Matt and Jason showed up on-time on the install day. They are both very knowledgeable and take great pride in what they do. I'm extremely happy with the finished product. The new setup runs great and my water is clean and soft. I would highly recommend the Central PA Soft Water team to anyone who is looking for a system, or is having issues with their current system. A++++"

"Three new tanks (pH, Iron, Softener) were replaced and a new drinking water system at the sink was installed. Great professional people to work with very communitive and honest. Answered all of my questions and provided fast feedback. No issues with system- works great."

"We had our water tested and received a recommendation for a water system. I contacted a plumber to get an estimate on the job, three weeks later we finally received his estimate. My wife and I were frustrated not only of the time it took but also the cost of the job. I went on home advisor at 6pm figuring we would get a call the next day. Within 1 hour we received a call from a Jeff and an apology that he did not call back sooner. He gave us a quote over the phone and even offered to come the next day. He was very accommodating to our schedule was polite and professional. We had another issue that wasn't releated to the work they did and he came right out and helped fix it. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

"Everything went well. We are very satisfied with the installation and looking forward to saving money on heating bills!

"My experience with them was excellent because they responded immediately. They replaced the water heater on the same day. It was all very good. I will absolutely use them again in the future."
