"Johnston General Contracting did very fine work on power washing and sealing my deck. The deck looks great. While he was late on the first day of the job the second day he was right on time. I would recommend this company. The only negative would be that the price seemed on the expensive side."

"The quality of the work was satisfactory, it is demolition, it is nothing pretty but it is exactly what you are looking for. A cleared out area that had something you do not want prior. The best part was the service. After 3 quotes I was told I had have to wait until late September/Early October for each of them. I then heard from a friend about Tom and he came out within the week to give an estimate that was still comparable with the others and was able to fit me on his schedule early August. I had builders scheduled to start a new Deck first week in September that I was scared I was going to have to move and now we have a removed old deck, all cleared out and ready for the new one to go up. Would highly recommend and will be in touch with Tom in the future for a concrete pad install for a landing for the new deck steps."

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."

"Steve (owner) immediately returned my initial call, was out to do the estimate the next day, and completed the work the morning after that.  He and his partner did a beautiful job.  They were friendly and professional, and I was so impressed with their work.  Everything came up so clean, from the rain gutters to the aluminum siding to the concrete just beneath it at the base of the house.  The sidewalk is a completely different color now!  And they even pressure washed the straw doormat I had on the front porch!  I've made arrangements for them to return in the late fall or early spring (when the trees aren't dropping so much stuff) to pressure wash, protect, and paint my deck.  Steve talked with me about deck protection and the product he recommends using and provided me with a chart of color samples.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs pressure washing.  I felt like their performance, in every respect, was flawless.

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. They came on time as scheduled for both the quote (which was very fair for the work that needed done) and actual work start date. We had a small, old deck that wasn't very useable.  We worked with Mike to come up with the end result of a much larger deck with two staircases that makes our backyard and pool much more accessible and enjoyable.  We used composite materials as opposed to wood and really love the finished product.  The guys were very pleasant, friendly, respectful and professional.  The deck was finished in the timeframe expected. 

Would recommend them to anyone.
