"He evaluated my current old computer and determined that I will need to purchase a new one."

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"James Beck came to our home. We have an old desktop that REALLY needed to be cleaned up with too many problems. He accomplished all of the clean up and demonstrated what this senior citizen (who is really computer illiterate) should be doing now that I am using the computer for community work. He also installed needed malware on a brand new laptop that we had to purchase for my husband's use. James is very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of what is needed to allow seniors, who did not grow up with the internet, to use it effectively. We now have his business card and will absolutely call him, if needed, in the future! THANK YOU, James!!!!!"

"Takodah was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, helpful patient. Based on my immediate needs, he helped sort through a lot of equipment and computer accessories to determine what was relevant or obsolete and dvised on my smart home system. I will hire him in the future to help install my smart system and help with cleaning up three old laptops to retrieve information needed so I can dispose of the equipment."

"Ryan quickly solved several problems I was having with my notebook computers and digital camera. Great go-to service provided with speed, patience, and great communication skills."

"Great technical pro. Installed equipment and took the time to make sure I knew how to use it."
