Blair is hands down one of the best contractors I’ve hired, and I’ve hired many. I needed to have the springs replaced, and I spent an entire day speaking with 5–7 companies before choosing one. Blair took the time to educate me without using any high-pressure sales tactics, which immediately earned my trust. He underpromised and overdelivered. His quote was on the lower middle end of the others, but I knew hiring him meant I could rely on his expertise without worrying about unnecessary upselling or hidden fees. In fact, when he came to do the job, I was open to replacing the other door as well, but he advised me that it wasn’t necessary—something others would likely have capitalized on to increase the sale. He was timely, communicative, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Experiencing a broken garage door is not a great thing but dealing with Old Forge Garage Door Services was a GREAT experience. I can not say enough good things about them. The technician was extremely nice, fixed the problem right away. Checked both sides of Door (problem was on one side) oiled both sides. Gave all options and prices. I know it is a garage but, extremely clean even wiping inside of Door. I can't say enough good things about Old Forge. I highly recommend them. In the future they will be my first call for HELP.

I live in New Hope and Blair replaced the springs of my garage door on 1/9/2023. Among all the quotes I received, Blair’s no-hassle price quote (he did not give a high quote and expect the customer to negotiate; instead, he gave one transparent and honest offer which to me makes them so different from the other contractors) was the most competitive and he did a terrific job replacing the springs and applying oil. Now my garage door is functioning like a new one. Highly recommend their service if you want to have a quality job done and don’t have time to go through multiple quotes worrying that you are being overcharged.

They did a great job came out very quickly did it thorough inspection maintenance checklist and we're really friendly and communicative. They also gave me a 1-year warranty.

Tim arrived within the expected window. He began the work I had requested, but when an unexpected problem popped up which made it economically more sensible to go with a new opener instead of continuing to work with the old one, he only charged for the work relating to the new unit. They answered all my questions as to how to maintain various aspects of the rail, chain, door hinges, and rollers. I would use it again (but hopefully not for a while) and definitely recommend it to others.
