"They ruined a blind after they cleaned it. They took it back multiple times to repair and it still wasn?t repaired. All they said was they won?t charge me for the cleaning. You damaged the blind and it was more than you would have charged me to clean. I asked them to replace the blind but all they said is we won?t charge for cleaning. I called them multiple times and they never called me back. Terrible customer service "
