"Basic Concept designed and built a deck in our back yard and did an entire kitchen remodel for our home. We had some different ideas when we first contacted Charles but he was able to see what was possible and make great suggestions to fit our wishes, space, and budget. All of the workers that came to our home were very skilled, polite, and professional. They made sure that all work was done completely and correctly, no shortcuts. Charles was very involved in every aspect of the project. He is a great communicator and coordinated all the work and deliveries very efficiently. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath. My husband and I am very satisfied with the job they have done and we def recommend Pineda to anybody in need of floor work. We would probably hire them again for our upstairs floors."
