Adam and all his team were top notch. I had heard horror stories from friends building with other construction companies and I thankfully didn't have any of that. Adam is a good communicator, returning calls and is available anytime an issue arose. His crew was great and all the subs, pleasant and open to suggestions, good with problem solving, and picked up after themselves. Highly recommend.

We have hired Premier Construction for 2 previous projects and we thoroughly enjoy working with them. Adam and his team always go the extra mile to ensure a job completed to our satisfaction. Although we love Premier, we hope this is our last job on our house, as we have hired them 3 times for large projects. We highly recommend Premier Construction.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Premier, and we love our new rooms! This project was a huge undertaking for us (mentally, physically, and financially), so we put a lot of time into deciding which company we should hire. We went with Premier and we were not disappointed. Adam, the owner, had tons of great ideas for the rooms and made sure we got exactly the addition we wanted. He was incredibly easy to communicate with and responded to our many questions within minutes. All of his employees were great too; they were nice people and I felt safe having them in our house. The whole team was reliable, efficient, highly skilled, considerate, and pleasant to have around. Our new rooms are beautiful, well-built, and we feel like the price was very fair. Overall we had a great experience with Premier and we absolutely recommend them to our family and friends. We were totally impressed!

Adam and his team were very professional and timely. I was originally quoted about 6 weeks to finish. I had to be away in April, so Adam's team decided to work extra hard to get finished before I left. They finished in 2.5 weeks! The work and quality were excellent. Can not say enough about the crew, both employees and sub contractors. All of them work with pleasure, as a good team, and therefore the work quality and output is fabulous. Attentive to detail, aware of our needs, and able to offer advice on items which improve the overall result. Individually, they are all great, as a team they are fabulous. We will do another project (downstairs) and Adam will work with us on that as well.

Adam was very involved from the beginning and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He came out himself to inspect the work & do extra clean-up. Very personable & easy to work with & he made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction before we made the final payment.

,We contacted Adam, owner and operator of Premier Construction, after purchasing a lakefront home that had a beautiful yard and views, but was outdated and not large enough for our family of 6. We had read good reviews about Adam and his crew so decided to give him a call.
He arrived at the time he said he would and was very friendly and listened to what we envisioned for our home. He immediately had ideas and knew what would work and what wouldn't. For example, I mentioned vaulted ceilings in the addition. He explained that while possible, the look from the street would be odd since the original roof was low. I appreciated that because I did not want something that looked out of place or didn't blend in with the existing home.
He listened and got back got to us in a timely manner with an estimate and computer drawings of what the addition would look like -eliminating the need for an architect. His price was very fair and he tried hard to keep his price low. For example, he reused 2 large existing windows, thus saving us from having to buy 2 additional windows.
He was very easy to work with and did not overcharge us for making a few changes along the way.
He also did work in the original part of the house- eliminating popcorn ceilings, changing all the doors and woodwork, tearing out an oversized fireplace, combining 2 bedrooms into one, tearing out the bulkhead in the kitchen, and adding a peak to the roof of the house for added curb appeal.

The addition went well and we were in after about 7 weeks - it would have been sooner but there were some weather issues (of course). The remodeling section went OK, but there were a few hiccups. Adam and his crew were great and friendly, but some of the subcontractors he uses were not giving us the time and attention that we felt we deserved with a project this size. There were a few times where we had Adam call them back in so they could get it right. The drywallers left CRAZY messes (mostly from our popcorn ceilings being scraped but seriously, we are trying to live there), and the electricians would come, leave, come back a couple of days or week later, leave again - just never getting the thing done. One part involving the video lines was drug on for over a month while work went on around it.
When it came to the interior finish, which is Premier's crew, they were awesome. We love the look of the remodel and our new kitchen is amazing. The workers, Mike, Jessie, Curt, and Tim did great and they finished everything in a timely manner. My kids felt totally fine around them and they would take time to chat with my family and pet the dogs.
We did have some miscommunications at the end with some punch list items but those were resolved eventually. However, during the whole process, Adam was always available via email, text, or phone.
Even with the subcontractor issues I described, I would not hesitate to use Premier again and I have referred a couple of coworkers and friends to them. This was a very large project and now that we are all done and have been living in it for a few months, we LOVE it. We get many compliments from friends and family. Honestly, we wish we would have done this years ago... :)
I have given Adam permission to use us as a reference and please feel free to ask him for it and call if we can help give you more information.

It was pretty good and they were able to get in and able to knock it down pretty quick. They got the work done well. The communication was a little hiddenness; there are some areas that need patch up. There were some areas making assumptions on instead of checking with us. The communication could have been better than up close.

I had a great experience working with Premier Construction Services. Adam was awesome to work with and he did a fantastic job with our basement. Adam stayed right on his quote and worked with me in saving money with our project. Adam kept to his schedule and got our basement done faster than even he anticipated. The work was professional and they were quick to fix any issues that came up. The job was done in the time estimated. Costs went over the estimate by nearly $5k, but we had a 10% buffer added to our loan, so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. Subcontractors: The drywallers did a great job and showed up when they said they would. The framers (Reyes Construction) did great work, but only showed up when the weather was perfect and ended up leaving the job in the middle of deck construction and never coming back because of issues with Adam, the owner. The guy who finished the deck did a great job; his name was Dennis. Concrete: I forget the name of the company, but the head guy is Ponch. Most of the work they did was fine, but their idea of backfilling and grading is abysmal. My husband had to finish their work. Also, Ponch is the one who hired the mason... Jared the mason: do not let this man work on your property! When he actually shows up, which is rare, his craftsmanship is awful. I can't add pics on here, but I would be happy to send you pics of his finished work. It is amateur at best. And when I brought up the horrible quality of his work, the owner, Adam, and his head guy, Mike, didn't care. The shoddy work hasn't been fixed and isn't going to be. Adam and Mike: communication between the two is almost nonexistent. I can't count the number of times Adam said something would be done, or would be done a certain way, but never passed the info onto Mike. I cannot believe how many times things just fell through the cracks. I can almost laugh about it now, but seriously. Number 1 and Number 2 should talk. It's Business 101. Adam's crew: most of them are very young men with little experience. Their quality of finishing is terrible. Have Mike do as much as possible. He is good, and cares about quality. The room and deck are nice and we are very happy with the end product, But getting there was difficult. I understand construction is a tough business, but the communication issues and quality of finishes will have us looking elsewhere for future projects.

The work is exceptional and the communication, stellar. Adam and his team are amazing! The bathroom he and his team built in my basement makes me want to redo the master as well. Adam and his team worked very well with me and my husband to ensure that they were meeting all of our needs throughout the process. I had received a previous bid from the original builder of my home for the same work and Adam's bid for the basement alone was $20k lower and the work is exceptional! I can't wait for next Spring to be able to sit out on my new covered porch with my family!

I found Premier Construction through an internet search. I called them and Adam was out to meet me at my place that week. I think we connected on a Wednesday and I already had his quote by Friday. I tried getting 3 other quotes but I never heard back from one of the 3 contractors I contacted. After meeting with Adam, there was no doubt I was hiring Premier. He came in with more ideas and enthusiasm than the other contractor I met with. I thought after he left that I would not be able to afford his services, but to my surprise, Premier's quote came back slightly lower than the other quote I received. After I hired them, I was put in contact with Mike with Premier. He was very involved in keeping me informed of the progress and keeping me updated on the subcontractors that would be coming in and out. I am very pleased with the finished product. Premier's entire team was great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a construction project.
