We specialize in residential surveys, plot plans, subdivisions, etc. that big firms don't have time for. In addition, we have the experience and ability to consult on or complete large projects in-house as well as many civil engineering services. We keep overhead low and can complete most residential surveys under an acre in the $600 - $950 range. Professionally licensed in Pennsylvania (Professional Land Surveyor - PLS and Professional Civil Engineer).
