"**Update - Diane, we visited your property on 3/30/21 and ensured all pins were set, all boundaries marked, and drawing verified. There was one pin missing that has been re-set and the survey is 100% complete. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you, Bob Good afternoon, Diane. The survey you requested was completed and the pins removed by your neighbor. Our verbal agreement was that I would return to the property by the end of this month to re-set the pins at no additional cost to you. I'm happy to discuss further but I still intend to honor our agreement. Have a great weekend, Bob"
"Thank you."
"My apologies, sir. I do my best to provide an estimate before the job that does not change when the job is completed. I have been doing surveys for nearly 50 years and can therefore accurately estimate on 80-90% of jobs - some are nearly impossible to estimate based due to unforeseen challenges. COVID has done a number on small businesses and I am no exception - I did not expect the survey to take several months but I'd guess that just about all of us have experienced or are dealing with something unexpected as a result of the pandemic. Thank you for the feedback, Bob."
