They did a great job. The project ended up being much more complicated than he thought. Because so many deeds need pulled and verified it took longer than expected. Not their fault and I truly appreciated how they kept in touch, letting me know about the issues. Even though it was more work than they expected they stuck to their bid. I would highly recommend.

I hired him in late summer 2020. I am still waiting to get the job completed. It is taking too long. I just want him to complete the job that has already been paid in full or give me my money back.

Very knowledgeable, he has not done the elevation survey yet but did a site visit.

Took almost a year to complete the survey and was quoted a price then when completed it went up by a considerable amount. I wouldn't recommend this surveyor.
