They do understand concrete and our driveway (a very big project) is the talk of the neighborhood. "Mark was great. Got us the lowest APR. Went through Quicken loans, which Quicken contacted us multiple times and couldnt come close to Marks rate on count of they put fees into there rates. Had problem getting our Title from last mortgage companey we were sold to (didnt have) and we had lost our legal copy do to Sandy. Had unofficial HUD pappers that seemed to help. Had to extend a little at a little extra cost, but was well worth it. Dont think we will ever Refi again, but if we have to, will defenatley call Mark again.
