"100% would recommend Mica from Plunkett’s to deal with your cockroach issues. We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."

"I noticed we had some water leaking around all three of the vent pipes going through our roof. I called and talked to John, who gave me a competitive quote, and we set up an appointment two days later. Eric and Jerry showed up on time and in about an hour, they replaced the boots around the vent pipes, sealed them, sealed around the chimney, and also sealed a dozen or more nail pops in the roof that they found while inspecting it. They showed before and after pictures of all the work. They were extremely nice and professional. Although I hope to never have a roof leak again, I'll certainly call Roof Repair Experts again when I do!"

Maintaining a clean environment can deter spiders to a certain extent by removing clutter and reducing the number of insects they prey on. Spiders tend to favor secluded spots to spin their webs and hunt for prey, and regular cleaning practices such as dusting, vacuuming, and decluttering can disrupt these ideal conditions. Despite these preventive measures, some spider species are highly adaptable and may still infiltrate your home despite your best efforts to maintain a tidy living space.

Mosquito fogging should be done every two days during the first week of treatment. This level of frequency helps to interrupt the mosquito breeding cycle and prevent them from laying eggs in your yard. After the first week, mosquito fogging can be reduced to a schedule of once a week.
