Clean roof shingles, stucco and dryvit. have pressure cleaned Hotels, Banks and also have cleaned many other retail establishments. We can remove Dirt, Grease, Grime and Gum from Concrete sidewalks. ​​Steve'e Power Washing uses a soft wash method to clean by applying a cleaning solution to the surface to loosen dirt and grime. The solution is rinsed after a few mintues ensuring mold, mildew, and algae are removed. "RCDM Contracting provided an estimate to place a window in our basement. We accepted the offer and paid 1/2 of the project cost as a deposit in mid July 2019. RCDM suggested one date to place the window which was not a day we could have the work done. I reached out through email, Facebook, and phone calls. He stopped replying a month ago. Even once answered the phone and put my husband on hold when my husband identified himself, never returned to the call, and never called us back. We have asked (through email and Facebook messaging) to be contacted about having our deposit returned. RCDM Contracting has not contacted us in any manner. I have NEVER had a contractor take a deposit and then not do the work. He has ghosted us."

You could void your roof warranty using a power washer if you have a newer roof. With an older roof, you could knock loose older shingles. On the other hand, some people safely use a pressure washer to remove moss from a metal roof. Although you may want to use a pressure washer, the truth is that you probably don’t need it to knock moss loose. A garden hose and brush will do the job just fine and in a safer manner than a pressure washer.
