Mr. Chew came to my home on a Sunday morning. He determined what repair was needed and was able to do the repair the same day. Mr. Chew is very courteous and professional. I will contact him again when I have other projects.

Mr Chew was able to come give me an estimate the same day I called. We set up a time to do the repair but he called later that night to say he could come later the next day due to a change of schedule. He gave me a verbal quote before he left the first visit and sent an email with the written quote later that night.

Mr. Chew came to my home for a roof repair. He removed two skylights, put a pitch behind my chimney and fixed a leak around the remaining skylight. When he came for the initial assessment he gave me a quote for all the work and it was very reasonable. When I called to schedule he was at the house in two days (poor weather the day after I called). He was in and out in a day and completely cleaned up. He was extremely friendly and courteous.

I hired Mr. Chew for a roof leak and to repair several areas of fascia/soffit damage. He was timely in coming out to give an estimate. Got me on his schedule quickly once I decided to go forward with the repairs. Got the repairs done as promised and did a great job. Mr. Chew is very professional and informed me of other needs that I was not aware of. I appreciate his customer service and will call on him again.

I wanted my concrete patio covered with a roof and turned into a porch. Superior Concepts worked with a design that I had torn out of a magazine, informed me of what was reasonable and impractical with my particular house and the reasons why. He was not condescending when letting me know that something I wanted would not meet the code or should not be done. A flat angled roof was eventually installed with guttering and it is supported by appropriate posts and foundation. I bought all of the materials and was just charged for their design, permit and labor. It was a big project and other quotes were 5 figure amounts but Superior Concepts was able to cut other's figures by 25%. They did a beautiful job. I don't have windows in the porch yet but hope to do that eventually so I can use it for 3 seasons.

Great customer service

Very straight forward and got did the job the same day he came to look at it.

I had an emergency roofing repair job and he was booked solid however he took time to work me in and I really was grateful for that and did a very nice job. I will keep him in my contacts.

They were the only company I could find to repair a roof without trying to sell me a new roof. They did it very quickly and did a great job.
