"Paul, Jeff, and Vince did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodeling project. I appreciated Paul's responsiveness and communication. He was always available to answer questions. Jeff and Vince are professional craftsmen. They care deeply about the quality of their work and take pride in their attention to detail. Our project was complex and had some surprises, but Paul and his team found solutions to deliver a kitchen that we love."

Small jobs welcome

"Lyman was recommended to us by our friends, We Hired Lyman to get our house baby ready. He installed all the baby proofing hardware and gates, painted the nursery, fixed holes in the walls, tested for lead, and removed flaking paint and plaster. He showed up on time, work was done according to the agreed upon budget, and he has a great taste in music so we were all happy! Heâ ll be back to work on a few more projects."

"This company did an excellent job. Paul R.came out at night time and took down a wall which was covering oil tank that was leaking and the price was great, I would recommend this company very highly. I will use them again when I am ready to install the wall after the oil tank is removed. The owner of the company was in California and called me back four times during the day to make sure I was happy with the service."

"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. I would recommend this company to all who are looking for quality work by a friendly team at a reasonable price."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Safety steps include proper vent installation, connector tightness, and leak testing. A safe environment must be maintained throughout.

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.
