"The two gentlemen that showed up the few days to complete the project were incredible. They were very pleasant to deal with and even made an effort to keep the noise level down as much as they could, given we had a newborn in the house at the time. They brought me in at each phase to keep me updated as to how things were going and if they had any questions/concerns. They were also well-versed in keeping the resulting mess from demo and such to a minimal, which is saying something, given the bathroom was on my 2nd floor and they essentially had to walk the length of the house twice, between the 1st and 2nd floors to get to/from. The end result was nothing short of incredible. My only regret is that I must not have been clear enough with the guy who came out to give the estimate, take photos, and such, as my old wall sconces and mirror remain...and it would've been a nicety to have an overhead light in the new shower. Aside from that, I would say that while the end result is quite nice, the cost was much higher than anticipated. It was over $20k for the bathroom job, for an area roughly 5'x10' and granted the fixtures and countertop are very nice, it's still surprising. I base that on the fact that our kitchen was also remodeled around the same time. That is a space of around 12'x20' and we had all new plumbing, new cabinets, new flooring, and new lighting placed....at a cost just over $10k. So, just be prepared. Kitchens and bathrooms are the most expensive as is the common knowledge, but I was expecting the costs for my reno jobs to be swapped. I can still solidly recommend Rebath. Just be prepared for a potentially larger bill than you're expecting."

"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. We do most everything affiliated with home improvement. We're a family owned business with 4-6 employees at times. Depending on work, we require one-third of total job up front for labor and materials, and the remainIng two-thirds upon completion of the work. Sometimes people need smaller jobs done and it can be cheaper to pay by the hour. In this case work is performed at the rate of $35/hr for the contractors services plus $10-$15/hr per laborer plus the cost of material. We don't subcontract any of our work out. We have coupons and specials running year round. You can fInd and print the coupons out on the WNEP16 county by county website.
