This was not in the scope but they did it anyway, and it looks amazing. They painted the entire second story (4 bedrooms 2 baths and a laundry room) in 2 days. "Project took a little longer than expected with making the forms for the cement, as the man doing the work didn't understand exactly how Mark Pawling wanted it done. Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. I received 5 quotes and they were the least expensive, used better materials (2 x 6's vs 2 x 4's) and proposed a foundatiom for the hillside project. I am thrilled with the workmanship. "OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."
