"We purchased a new home and met with several contractors to have repairs done to our roof and new gutters installed on our barn. We liked Chris Rahs with Alan Kunsman. He reviewed our home inspection report and came back with a summary of all the work needing to be done. Pricing seemed fair. He was very patient when we changed our mind about copper and went with aluminum. He made a special trip back out to see us when we wanted to be clear about drainage from the new gutters to ensure we wouldn't be creating any problems. We had two different crews...the gutter crew was quick and asked exactly how long we wanted the gutter extensions to be (we were having driveway work done and there was some question as to how we would handle it). The roofing crew was terrific. The lead was really sharp and explained everything and was patient when I made a color change on the flashing at the last minute. Scheduling was a little hairy due to the unending rain and then we pushed off a week because of our decision to install a driveway. All in all they were flexible and accommodating and did the job.show more
