"When making my appointment, I was given the window of 12 PM - 5 PM for a technician to arrive. Joe P. came at exactly 12 PM on the specified day. There was a bit of a conflict on the invoice he brought over that was resolved easily. I was quoted the price of $99 when making the appointment not the $189 on the invoice. Joe P. was very courteous, professional, and thorough. We even had a few laughs when comparing the breed dogs we own- Weimaraners! His dog was just as goofy as mine which is one of their traits.
