"When making my appointment, I was given the window of 12 PM - 5 PM for a technician to arrive. Joe P. came at exactly 12 PM on the specified day. There was a bit of a conflict on the invoice he brought over that was resolved easily. I was quoted the price of $99 when making the appointment not the $189 on the invoice. Joe P. was very courteous, professional, and thorough. We even had a few laughs when comparing the breed dogs we own- Weimaraners! His dog was just as goofy as mine which is one of their traits. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions.
