"They built a beautiful 4 seasons room for us which included demo of existing deck and metal cover. They took care of everything from foundation with drainage, roof, walls, windows, doors, siding and all. Excellent suggestions, worked well through things and gave us a beautiful elegant new room at a reasonable price."

"Tim Schaeffer was very professional on the job. Tim and his helper were polite and and on time. They tore down our dry rotted deck and replaced It with a beautiful new deck. They did extra little jobs we asked them too without being charged. His price was reasonable for the entire project We would highly recommend Schaeffer Construction to anyone looking for a good contractor."

"Carl and crew came out the day after I called to do an estimate and the job was done to our satisfaction within a few days after that. In Southern Oregon it can be very difficult to get quality work done in a short amount of time. Carl was on it and made sure we were completely happy with the job. I would definitely hire him again."

"Iam really excited for how my bathroom look like now. TRM Const did a really good job for my bathroom. I like to give credit for them. They never leave any trash after the day, they work together with me as an owner for everything to make me happy.
