Constantly forgets previous discussions, agreements, and communications. Adds work that was never discussed or asked for while contracted work is months or even years behind schedule, all while asking for more and more money the few times he does show up on site - if you see Bob, he’s going to try and talk to you for hours about Trump or his ex-wife, and he’s going to ask for more “change orders” and thousands more dollars every time.
