We had a tree sideswipe our pump House last winter, Mark and crew did a great job repairing all the damage, kept me up to date on what he was doing and possible costs and options. Great service, top notch work, reasonable price. Efficient and effective.

It was a tricky problem. I needed to submit a credit card number from a credit card that had expired years back. The technician helped me find the card through old records . It took a lot of time and patience but he calmly and systematically found the answer we needed.

Mark did very good work and completed it in less time than expected. He is clearly highly skilled. He went out of his way to get the job done on time, even though it would have been easy for him to postpone completion. I would highly recommend him especially for detailed carpentry and cabinet work.

He was prompt making initial contact, made a pretty good first impression, but it was downhill from there. It was hard to get a hold of him after that. He didn't reliably respond to text, says himself he doesn't check email. Represented he could do what we discussed but in the end only partially delivered. He basically blew me off I guess for bigger jobs.

We dealt with several small glitches in the process, but we worked through them until resolved. Mark had to come back a week later after fixing a leaking kitchen sink, after another leak appeared. He did this quickly and without an additional charge.
