"The final product is fantastic! My house is a 1909 small bungalow-victorian number in SE Portland. After 5 years of living there without being able to take a stand-up shower, I finally decided to do a major remodel. NWC was recommended by a mutual friend. Nick is a very nice and understanding contractor. I did not live at the house during the process, but my neighbors did not have any trouble with the workers. Both bathrooms match the original moldings and other qualities of the time. The craftsmanship is terrific. There were a few cost adages during the project, but those were all things encountered in an older home. Nick was very responsive and willing to immediately fix minor touch-ups that I noticed months after the project finished.show more

They put in a temporary patch until they were able to redo the entire roof a few days later (as the prior roof was installed incorrectly).
