They were kind, courteous, hard workers. They had a huge job to do and they stuck to it.

Manny returned my call immediately and showed up as scheduled. They worked nonstop until the job was done. Courteous and professional. I will be hiring them to do my landscaping.

Manny has been very rude. He has never come over to see that the work was being done correctly after contacting him several times. Manny never answered my text. He only came over once when he had not picked up the check and he had to show his worker how to mow a lawn. This is suppose to be a professional company and the worker did not know how to mow. He has never weeded and told me he did not have the time. The last time that the workers came they did not mow the back lawn or edge the front lawn. Manny stated that the preacher had changed date of service and they had to cut corners so as to get to church. That is not my problem. I had to constantly tell the workers when to trim the bushes and they only trimmed the top, not the bottom. Manny talked the talk but did not walk the walk. I WOULD NEVER HIRE MANNY AGAIN TO DO ANY WORK. This has been a horrible experience. I have a small front and back yard so this was easy money for Manny and he made a mess of it. Manny even accused me of not paying for a month of service and I had proof of payment. He said we will **call it paid** and I said NO, the month was paid. Apparently, he handles the financial part of his business the way he handles the lawn care. TERRIBLE. You will just be wasting your money if you hire Reyes Home and Land.

This is a very expensive company for my budget. After the work was done I hired another guy for half the fee that Reyes charged. Also, Manny Reyes went over his estimate by $150 which is excessive, I believe.

Very fine nice owner (Manny) and assistant, pleasure to work with. They went beyond what the job would have required. They were well equipped, experienced efficient, and careful. Though hired for a major gutter cleaning, they are knowledgeable in other areas of garden and yard and tree care and I expect to hire them again.
