"David was very professional and skilled. On a Sunday, he responded quickly to my urgent request (water was backing up into my bathtubs due to an underground pipe breakage). He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). He even identified and fixed another displaced drain connection, and installed a cleanout at the exterior of home. He had a very positive attitude (even in the cold rain) and stayed until it was done (while working in the dark). He was very good at explaining the situation and the work that needed to be done. He seems to have state-of-the-art equipment. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. Would definitely hire this service again."

"On Friday evening I contacted Anchor Plumbing and talked to Danny about getting out new sink installed, made an appointment for Monday for him to come out and give me an estimate and if I okayed that they would install it, and that is what happened. He was right on time, did exactly what he said, and with Carlos, they carried out the extremely heavy old sink, but didn’t mention anything about how heavy it was. (I knew because my brother told me). The new sink is installed and everything works great and looks great. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also they were very pleasant, polite."

He figured out the problem, not only fixed it but also cleaned up the leaked sewage (which we were not expecting!) and bleached the area, and pumped our whole system. Three hours from discovering this unfortunate event the problem was SOLVED and our whole system is working better than ever. He also took his own initiative to fix the broken pipe and cap we hadn’t gotten around to and order us a new clean cap. What could have been a disaster or at least major headache right before a new baby was barely a blip on our radar. And he did it all kindly with three excited young children wanting to “help” dig out the drain. Price was affordable and we are so appreciative!"
