"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! She went above and beyond and spent a great deal of time working with my husband and my differences to ensure that we have the best ultimate design that fits our needs. She exceeded our expectations of design work and amazed us with her creative and thoughtful designs. She has a great understanding of the structural design and we could tell the difference between another architect and her designs. Carriann also recommended features to save money and solve problems. She is reasonably priced compared to other architects and designers that we researched and gave extraordinary service when communicating and sharing ideas with us.
