"Mike was AMAZING. He came and was honest about what he could do to make our carpets look better. He discussed the stains before he started so there were no surprises. We have 3 dogs, cat, and 3 kids who are all very hard on carpets. There were stains that he stated upfront that wouldn't come out. He was thorough and our carpets look better than ever.
