Initial quality looks good, but follow up was incomplete, and efforts to contact were none.

He came over, looked at the carpet, came back the next day and cleaned it well.

Great easy experience. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and finished for the quoted amount.

Very prompt and friendly.

This remodel was a nightmare. Way over time and way over budget. I did not receive honest responses to my questions about how projects were going or how the budget was. I thought the workers were fine for the most part, but the project management was awful. I do suggest you keep looking.

They were so quick to respond and get my job scheduled. The service tech was superb and did such a fantastic job! We couldn’t be more pleased!!!!

I was amazed at how they brought our old area rug back to life. Very pleasant to deal with and very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend them. Judy Henderson

The gentlemen that came to clean my gutters were very professional. They were on time, assessed then explained their plan of action. Did the jobs in a very reasonable time and when the one young man came to collect my payment, he explained that if I used a credit card I'd be charged a fee for it's use. He suggested I use a personal check to avoid the credit card fee. Just for that I'd hire this company again because of their honesty. Not to mention that I really appreciate it when a company and their workers have a good work ethic. ð ð ð

The people who did the work arrived on time, were good, courteous, and did some extra cleanup after I pointed out some missed areas. The only reason for the 1/2 star reduction was that the verbal quote differed from the written one. Still the price for the amount of work done was quite fair.

They called very quickly and gave me a quote that was reasonable.
