It took them a day or so to respond to my initial phone calls both times, but they responded before the other people I called. I think both times they were scheduling about a week out, but the manager Austin seemed to do his best to squeeze me in. The first time I used the coupon, $140 for 4 hours of cleaning. Three women came and stayed almost an hour and a half, so I actually got a little more than 4 hours. They did a very thorough job on the areas I prioritized. They didn't get my 1500 sq ft house entirely cleaned, but did do a very good job on the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and all of the floors. The second time, only 1 woman came, and she did a good job and got almost as much done but spent a bit longer time. However there was an issue at her previous job, and she showed up quite late - a couple of hours. I called Austin, the manager, when she was about an hour late and he could not get ahold of her, but called me back to let me know that he would call as soon as he heard from her. He finally called about 45 minutes later and let me know she would be over soon. She showed up with flowers (!), very apologetic. Luckily my schedule was fairly open but I had to leave before she was done. She was still there when I returned. She didn't charge me the full price. Otherwise, everything was good and I was pleased with the cleaning. I'm sure that she ran into a major issue that was beyond her control, and she did her best to make up for it so I didn't grade them down too much.
