"Good communication every step of the way. Not only asked what I wanted, but also asked about different parts of my yard I might need work on. When they arrived, restated what they would be working on. Made sure I was happy with the work prior to leaving. They sprayed weed killer, removed tree debris, raked up leaves, did the edging, cleaned up overgrown ivy. Trimmed trees, hedges, and rose bushes. Overall looks very good."

"Highly recommend Julio! We had him widen the driveway with pavers and install an associated retaining wall. He is very professional, and offers great ideas when we were unclear what we wanted. Will have him back when we do some back yard paver work and likely other tasks. Thank you Julio!"

"I called on a Tuesday, they immediately called back and set up an estimate for the next day. I have five acres with tons of trees, brush and leaves that I needed cleared. They gave the bid on Wednesday, came out Friday and Saturday- very timely. They went above and beyond and they did a totally awesome job!B"

Weed Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, if your home is poorly maintained and has weeds and overgrowth, it can affect your home appraisal and lower the value. Home buyers want to see a well-kept home, and if yours lacks curb appeal whether inundated by weeds or not, you could be neglecting the potential for it to reach its full value.

Yellow patches, poor growth, or widespread weeds indicate a need for treatment. Soil testing can confirm nutritional deficiencies that require intervention.

Vinegar is known to be a contact herbicide, which means it kills the foliage it comes in contact with. Because of the high acetic acid concentration, horticultural vinegar kills weeds and grass more effectively. However, keep in mind that high amounts and multiple applications can affect the soil by lowering the pH levels.

You should add 1 to 4 inches of mulch, depending on your garden type and needs. Keep in mind that no amount of mulch can completely prevent weeds, but a heavier coverage (closer to 4 inches) can suppress weeds enough that you are only seeing them sprout every few weeks. Finer mulch prevents weeds more effectively than large mulch, so if you’re using mulched leaves or shredded bark, 1 to 2 inches will likely suffice, while 3 to 4 inches is best for larger mulch, like bark chips or straw.

Typically seasonally, but tailored schedules depend on local conditions and plant types.
