After several hours with marginal success, we agreed to forget the whole process. So we paid for a service that we did not fully get. I'm sure he knows carpets well, but certainly not stone or tile work. We are in the process of contracting with someone else whose speciality is stone and tile work. The company contacted me and we agreed to a refund of half the price I paid. This was very good of them and sincerely appreciated"
