The pre-construction team focused on the agency’s needs and truly “crawled inside” the details in the RFQ. They efficiently kept within a reasonable timeframe as to start of construction and projected end dates, effectively dealing with our occasional concerns and one “act of God” event. Also, IYH was responsive to the predictable mid-construction changes, including a contract expansion for flooring throughout the structure, replacement of the several bath/restroom features, and so on.
