Chris is extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything pool related. I had assembled an above ground pool and all the associated pumps, filters and heater. When it turned it all one I had leaks everywhere. I called Chris and he reconnected everything properly (way more Teflon tape than I used and lots of silicon sealant I neglected to use) and it was leak free!! Reasonably priced expert - hire Chris and you wonâ t be disappointed.

Chris Rayborn, owner of Progressive Pool and Spa, was great to work with. We have hired a few Pool and Spa services and Chris is hands down one of the best. He replied to our service need within minutes of receiving our request through HomeAdvisor. He was also able to come the SAME DAY! It was the beginning of the pool season, so all pool service providers are busy, but Chris said he tries to get to emergencies right away because the "pool season is so short". Chris diagnosed the issue and spent time explaining what was wrong with our heater (turned out to be a dirty filter!). He also explained future upgrades/needs we will want to consider (filter is too small). Very personable. Loved his customer service skills. I would highly recommend his services and will use his company again when needed!

I needed pool heater service soon and other places couldn’t come for three weeks to a month. Progressive came in two days and on time!

I hired him to evaluate my hot tub for repair. In the end, I decided the age and overall condition did not warrant the cost to repair so I will be removing the tub. He was thorough and explained various options very well and was very nice to work with. The only reason I didn't rate him 5 is that he didn't discuss the $100 charge just to check it out ahead of time. But if I were going to repair my tub, I would definitely hire him to do it.

it's impossible to rate this companies work. The owner, Chris was pleasant but did not want to work on my hot tub as it was installed below deck level and he said he couldn't access it easily. It's not a new installation, so someone was able to access the pumps, heaters, plumbing, etc. Unfortunately, it cost me $75.00 for him to look at it and tell me that. Oh well, they are busy people I guess.

He was very professional, knowledgeable about proper maintenance of Hot Tubs, and did an excellent job restoring our hot tub to a pristine condition. His pricing for ongoing maintenance was very reasonable. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Chris!

Was Charged travel time at $100 an hour. We discussed prior that I was paying for cleaning and I would refill. Was suppose to be 1 hour. He stayed 3 1/2 hours and charged me $400.

Chris is a great person to work with. I totally trust him to do the right thing and take care of any problem. He is a person we older folk call a hand shake person, ( means you can trust their word. He made a great impression on me. BEAR

Chris is easy to work with and seems to charge a reasonable rate. Only holdup was the time for our part to arrive (which seemed lengthy) and the freezing temperatures (which postponed our installation).
