"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it.  Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. After inspecting my crawl space, he discovered I had a long-standing water leak that had run into the insulation under the house, and was degrading the foundation. He fixed the leak; removed and hauled away the soaked insulation; installed new insulation; reinforced the foundation where it had started to crunble; ran a French drain away from the foundation in case of future leaks; and treated mold on the floor joists.
