We are a family run business, we are 4th & 5th generation contractors. I first received my Oregon general contractors license in 1978. Today, we specialize in providing design build services for remodeling residential and commercial buildings. Our skill set is framed in meeting the needs of our customers with a focus on troubleshooting problems and recommending specific solutions. We self perform some carpentry related tasks and have long standing relationships with many specialty contractors in our area. We always rely on licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians and electricians to do specialty work. We are well equipped to handle all building permitting requirements and ensuring all the proper inspections are completed as occasion requires. "Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. He pointed out several things that I knew were damaged but had no idea that he would be able to fix. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. He fixed all of it and it looks so good now. It's like I have a brand new home. I was so surprised that he could do all of that for the price he quoted me. It amazes me that there are people still around that want to do such a great job just because it is the right thing to do. Oliver is one of those people.
