We moved from utah to oregon. Everything started of well until the container was to be delivered to our house. The driver went up the wrong drive got stuck for 2 hours blocking in my neighbors and ruined their drive. He delivered the container to our house and on the way out of our drive drove into the ditch while talking on his cell phone, and was stuck, blocking us in for 5 hr. before he called a tow truck to get him out. My drainage ditch was completely blocked up from the gravel and mud pushed in by the truck in addition to a big hole in the middle of the road where he spun his wheel trying to get out. I got my drive and the neighbors repaired ($450) assuming that since I had purchased the $10,000 insurance coverage they would take care of it. Not so. They would not take responsibility for their drivers negligence. I was offered $200 for the inconvenience. I can not recommend Packrat. They will not take care of you if you have an insurance claim. And the insurance claim process is a huge time sink, as if you don't have enough going on with moving. Update: PackRat wanted me to sign a settlement agreement which included language preventing me from making any negative postings or comments about packrat on any public forum. I would have signed if they had done the right thing, taken responsibility, and offered full reimbursement, but they did not. Look out, Buyer beware!
