Adam Martin strives to communicate with us, so that we have full understanding of the project. The crew are polite, friendly and good humored, but constantly working. The weather damage required a new man-door frame installation and the double garage door needed dry rot removal and mold removal, including siding replacement. The resulting repairs are exceptional and we are impressed. We have hired the same business to replace a dry-rotted fence and build a new gate, all done well!"

I inquired late on Monday night via email and had a call on Tuesday morning, with an electrician at my house that afternoon. He did a wonderful job of explaining the troubleshooting steps and what was being done. The culprit was a bad splice hidden behind a panel. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
